Celebrity Beauty Boutique is dedicated to providing our guests with personalized beauty services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. Your service provider will make a one time complimentary adjustment to correct any imperfections.
As a Novalash certified salon, we use and recommend only Novalash products. Our lash extension services can only be guaranteed when you use a Novalash aftercare kit for at-home maintenance.
As our service providers can be booked 4-6 weeks in advance, we recommend that you schedule your appointments before you leave the salon. This will help guarantee your preferred time and date for your appointments.
To maintain our atmosphere at Celebrity Beauty Boutique and in consideration of other guests, we ask that you please turn off your cellular phones upon arrival. If it is necessary for you to have it on, we do ask that it is in silent mode.
For safety reasons, children are not permitted in the salon area unless receiving services.
If you are unsatisfied with a service or product, please notify us within 7 days and we will accommodate you with our best. Sorry no cash refund.
In order to ensure the best possible service please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment and if you are more than 15 minutes late, there is a possibility your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
In order to schedule an appointment, you must provide your credit card information, and $20 deposit is required. We will not charge you until the day of your appointment. We understand that sometimes your schedule may change. In consideration of other salon guests and our service providers, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. If for any reason you are delayed in your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Please be advised that we strictly enforce our cancellation and no-show policy. We pre-charge clients with frequent last-minute cancellations and no-shows. While we aim to be flexible, if your delay conflicts with another appointment, we will ask that you reschedule your appointment.
*Cancellation without notice can be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
*Cancellation within 2 hours will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
*Cancellation within 24 hours will be charged a $20 fee.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express or Cash for payment of your services. Please look up our cash and credit card price chart difference. Cash is a discounted price.
Gratuities are not included in service prices.
